Return Policy
At Laurent Atelier, we strive to keep our customers satisfied. However, there may be situations where you would like to return a product. This Return Policy explains our return conditions and process clearly.
Return Conditions
- A return request may only be submitted after you have physically received the item.
- Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
- Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not allowed.
- Ordering products intentionally in multiple sizes with the purpose of partially returning them is not permitted.
Return Process
- Submit your return request by emailing info@laurentatelier.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You will receive the return address of our supplier from our customer support team.
- The item must be returned at your own expense, including any applicable customs duties or shipping fees.
- We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking information.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved after inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- Providing an incorrect shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.
- Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
